USAFA Association of Graduates Board of Directors Special Meeting – View Notice (pdf)
Doolittle Hall/Virtual
Purpose: This Special Meeting has been called by the Board Chair in accordance with Article V, Section 7(b) of the Bylaws to address correcting the record of the 24 July 2026 meeting and an erroneous announcement by the Chair.
No other business will be conducted at this Special Meeting except as set forth in this notice.
All or a portion of the meeting may be in Executive Session pursuant to Article V, Section 8(a), which shall be limited to Board Directors and such AOG staff or other special guests as may be invited by the Chair.

Second Special Meeting – View Notice (pdf)
Doolittle Hall/Virtual
Purpose: This Special Meeting is called for the explicit purpose of reviewing the administrative, substantive and procedural actions taken during and regarding the July 24, 2026, Board Meeting including
- failures of the Chair to accomplish duties;
- providing a forum for a response to allegations; and
- taking any necessary or prudent corrective actions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the official record to include approval of the July 24, 2026, Executive Session minutes.
Note: In strict compliance with parliamentary procedure and AOG governance policies (Bylaws Article V, Section 7 (c)), no other business shall be introduced, discussed, or transacted during this Special Meeting except for the specific purposes stated herein.
There is an expectation that during the meeting a portion will be held in Executive Session in accordance with AOG Bylaws Article V, section 8.
The Special Meeting is open to all members in accordance with AOG Bylaws Article V, section 8 with the exception of those portions of the meeting in Executive Session.
